This listing is for Master keyed Locks made to your requirements. What is a Master key system? Master keyed locks allow different keys to operate each lock, mechanically restricting access by way of issued keys. Example, An appartment complex has 15 flats.
You can issue 15 Seperate keys for every indivudual appartment and have a master key for yourself or the cleaner. A student house with 5 rooms could have each students key opening 2 locks, (the front door and their room lock only), the cleaners key could only open the front door lock and the cleaning cupboard, the maintenance mans key would only open the front door and the electric/gas cupboard lock, and the owners Master key would open all of the locks. All the cylinders below are supplied boxed with 2 or 3 keys per lock and fitting screws along with 2 Master keys to cover all the supplied locks, more keys available on request. Commonly used in Upvc doors, Key and Key both sides or key and thumbturn operation for fire regulations. 70mm 35/35, 80mm 35/45, 40/40, 90mm 45/45, 35/55, 50/40, 95mm 40/55, 100mm 50/50, 40/60. With thumbturns on either side.Finishes available are Satin Silver, Brass or Chrome. Oval Cylinders and Rim Cylinders also available on the same or different profile.
