1 x metal BBQ tray / box (main body), made from 2.5 mm thick steel (dimensions:70 cm x 36 cm x 13 cm). 4 x steel legs (length 48 cm). 1 x basic battery operated motor (size D batteries not included).
3 x large stainless steel skewers of 88 cm including wooden handles (ideal for Souvla or chicken). 11 x small stainless steel skewers of 45 cm including wooden handles (ideal for Souvlaki, kebabs, sausages). 1 x gear drive mechanism to rotate the large skewers. 1 x gear drive mechanism to rotate the small skewers. 1 x adjustable lever system (with wooden handles) for raising/lowering the large skewers.
The barbecue is sent to you boxed and will need assembling - there are basic instructions included and and it is simple to set up. The motor that comes with the Rotisserie Charcoal BBQ is a basic motor to get you started. It will turn up to 6 kg total weight (including the weight of the skewers) so if you are planning on cooking larger amounts of meat you will need a more robust motor. The BBQ tray/box can be filled with charcoal or briquettes, we usually recommend using. Our BBQs are handmade in Cyprus and are not mass manufactured, because of this they may come with some minor imperfections, sharp edges and scratches to the paint work. The paint is cosmetic and does not offer protection to the BBQ so this will not affect the long term function or use of the BBQ.
