Notably, it features a larger and deeper charcoal tray and accommodates large skewers that sit on the same level rather than the standard configuration of two below and one on top. Manufactured to the highest standards using high-quality, sturdy, and robust 2.5mm thick steel and are handmade in Cyprus. The BBQ set comes complete with. 1 x metal BBQ tray / box (main body), made from 2.5 mm thick steel (dimensions:70 cm x 36 cm x 13 cm).
4 x steel legs (length 48 cm). 1 x basic battery operated motor (size D batteries not included). 3 x large stainless steel skewers of 88 cm including wooden handles (ideal for Souvla or chicken). 11 x small stainless steel skewers of 45 cm including wooden handles (ideal for Souvlaki, kebabs, sausages).

The barbecue is sent to you boxed and will need assembling - there are basic instructions and a link to an instructional video included and it is simple to set up. The motor that comes with the Rotisserie Charcoal BBQ is a basic motor to get you started. It can turn up to 6 kg total weight (including the weight of the skewers) so if you are planning on cooking larger amounts of meat you will need a more robust motor. We have various mains and battery operated motors available - please see our other listings for accessories such motors, chicken grips (for securing full chickens) etc. The Cyprus BBQ tray is designed to hold up to 2-3kg of charcoal, and we recommend using restaurant grade lump wood charcoal for optimal results.Our BBQs are handmade in Cyprus and are not mass manufactured, because of this they may come with some minor imperfections, sharp edges or scratches to the paint work. The paint is cosmetic and does not offer protection to the BBQ so this will not affect the long term function or use of the BBQ. We always recommend keeping your BBQ dry in a shed or garage when not in use to protect it from the elements and prevent rust, if you do this your BBQ will be with you for many years.
