Made from high density oak. This keg is able to store any drinks, but preferably not higher than 50 degrees. It is worth noting that during the manufacture of the barrel, it is fired on an open fire, and the aroma and taste of the drink depend on the intensity of this firing. Basically, the degree of roasting is divided into 3 categories: weak, medium and strong.
For most drinks, a medium roast is ordered, which is suitable for imparting a sweet caramel flavor and aroma. Weak roasting is ordered mainly for white drinks, and strong roasting is ordered for drinks with the aroma of fire and smoke.
